Cancer PCR Array Primer Libraries

Cancer represents a large group of diseases hallmarked by an aberrant or abnormal proliferation of normal cells. As cancer is associated with a significant mortality rate, there is a large effort to identify the molecular basis for the different types of cancer so that preventative and treatment strategies can be improved. The PCR Primer Libraries listed below offer a comprehensive set of tools to evaluate cancer gene expression for a variety of cancer cell types. Using a single plate, 100 qPCR arrays can be run (based on a 20 ul reaction). These gene lists were carefully culled from the up to date publicly available literature and databases. Cancer PCR arrays may be setup with these libraries at a very low cost enabling many replicates and sample numbers to be evaluated simulataneously.
