SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Acta1 (actin, alpha 1, skeletal muscle) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Acta1 qPCR Primer Set – actin, alpha 1, skeletal muscle
About this gene: Predicted to be a structural constituent of cytoskeleton. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to potassium ion; response to steroid hormone; and skeletal muscle fiber adaptation. Predicted to be active in actin filament; stress fiber; and striated muscle thin filament.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29437; UniProt: P68136; Chromosome location: 19q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
