SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cdk1 (cyclin-dependent kinase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cdk1 qPCR Primer Set – cyclin-dependent kinase 1
Also known as: Cdc2, Cdc2a
About this gene: Cdk1 enables cyclin-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase activity and histone kinase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including Golgi disassembly; positive regulation of cardiac muscle cell proliferation; and positive regulation of protein import into nucleus. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54237; UniProt: P39951; Chromosome location: 20p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
