SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cd3g (CD3 gamma subunit of T-cell receptor complex) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cd3g qPCR Primer Set – CD3 gamma subunit of T-cell receptor complex
About this gene: Cd3g is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity and transmembrane signaling receptor activity. Predicted to contribute to MHC class II receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including T cell receptor signaling pathway; positive thymic T cell selection; and regulation of lymphocyte apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 300678; UniProt: Q64159; Chromosome location: 8q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
