SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cct3 (chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 3, also called CCT-gamma) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cct3 qPCR Primer Set – chaperonin containing TCP1 subunit 3
About this gene: Cct3 is predicted to enable protein folding chaperone and unfolded protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein folding and protein stabilization. It is predicted to act upstream of or within binding activity of sperm to zona pellucida.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 295230; UniProt: Q6P502; Chromosome location: 2q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
