SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ccnb2 (cyclin B2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ccnb2 qPCR Primer Set – cyclin B2
About this gene: Ccnb2 is predicted to enable cyclin-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase regulator activity. It is predicted to be involved in G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle and negative regulation of meiotic cell cycle process involved in oocyte maturation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including T cell homeostasis; meiosis I cell cycle process; and thymus development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 363088; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
