SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Acox1 (acyl-CoA oxidase 1, also called ACO) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Acox1 qPCR Primer Set – acyl-CoA oxidase 1
Also known as: ACO, AOX, RATACOA1, aCoA
About this gene: Acox1 enables flavin adenine dinucleotide binding activity; long-chain fatty acyl-CoA oxidase activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in fatty acid beta-oxidation using acyl-CoA oxidase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50681; UniProt: P07872; Chromosome location: 10q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
