SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Spdl1 (spindle apparatus coiled-coil protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Spdl1 qPCR Primer Set – spindle apparatus coiled-coil protein 1
Also known as: Ccdc99, RGD1306908
About this gene: Spdl1 is predicted to enable enzyme binding activity and kinetochore binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including establishment of mitotic spindle orientation; mitotic metaphase chromosome alignment; and protein localization to kinetochore. Predicted to be active in spindle pole.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 303037; UniProt: Q3KR99; Chromosome location: 10q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
