SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ache (acetylcholinesterase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ache qPCR Primer Set – acetylcholinesterase
About this gene: Ache enables acetylcholine binding activity and acetylcholinesterase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including acetylcholine catabolic process; nervous system development; and positive regulation of neurogenesis. Is active in neuromuscular junction and synaptic cleft.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83817; UniProt: P37136; Chromosome location: 12q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
