SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Casq1 (calsequestrin 1, also called Aspartactin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Casq1 qPCR Primer Set – calsequestrin 1
About this gene: Casq1 is predicted to enable calcium ion binding activity and identical protein binding activity. It is involved in response to denervation involved in regulation of muscle adaptation and skeletal muscle tissue development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 686019; UniProt: P19633; Chromosome location: 13q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
