SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Capzb (capping actin protein of muscle Z-line subunit beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Capzb qPCR Primer Set – capping actin protein of muscle Z-line subunit beta
About this gene: Capzb is predicted to enable actin filament binding activity and beta-tubulin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including actin cytoskeleton organization; barbed-end actin filament capping; and cell morphogenesis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including activation of protein kinase C activity; negative regulation of microtubule polymerization; and plasma membrane bounded cell projection organization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 298584; UniProt: Q5XI32; Chromosome location: 5q36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
