SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Cacna1e (calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 E) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Cacna1e qPCR Primer Set – calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 E
Also known as: CACHA1E, Cav2.3
About this gene: Cacna1e enables voltage-gated calcium channel activity involved in regulation of presynaptic cytosolic calcium levels. It is involved in calcium ion import and regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis. Is active in GABA-ergic synapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54234; Chromosome location: 13q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
