About this gene: Cacna1b enables high voltage-gated calcium channel activity; protein phosphatase 2A binding activity; and voltage-gated calcium channel activity involved in regulation of presynaptic cytosolic calcium levels. It is involved in multiple processes, including calcium ion import; regulation of vesicle-mediated transport; and response to phorbol 13-acetate 12-myristate. Is active in Schaffer collateral - CA1 synapse and glutamatergic synapse.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
