SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat C9 (complement C9) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat C9 qPCR Primer Set – complement C9
About this gene: Predicted to contribute to wide pore channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in complement activation, GZMK pathway; killing of cells of another organism; and protein homooligomerization. Predicted to be active in extracellular region; other organism cell membrane; and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 117512; UniProt: Q62930; Chromosome location: 2q16
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
