SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bub3 (BUB3 mitotic checkpoint protein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bub3 qPCR Primer Set – BUB3 mitotic checkpoint protein
Also known as: Aa2-050
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore; protein localization to kinetochore; and regulation of chromosome segregation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 361662; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
