SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Btn2a2 (butyrophilin, subfamily 2, member A2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Btn2a2 qPCR Primer Set – butyrophilin, subfamily 2, member A2
About this gene: Btn2a2 is predicted to enable signaling receptor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in T cell receptor signaling pathway and negative regulation of cytokine production. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle; negative regulation of signal transduction; and regulation of T cell activation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 306957; Chromosome location: 17p11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
