SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bmper (BMP-binding endothelial regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bmper qPCR Primer Set – BMP-binding endothelial regulator
Also known as: RGD1563373
About this gene: Predicted to be an extracellular matrix structural constituent. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including blood vessel endothelial cell proliferation involved in sprouting angiogenesis; cell surface receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway; and positive regulation of intracellular signal transduction. It is predicted to act upstream of or within inner ear development and negative regulation of BMP signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 300455; Chromosome location: 8q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
