SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bmp5 (bone morphogenetic protein 5) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bmp5 qPCR Primer Set – bone morphogenetic protein 5
About this gene: Bmp5 is predicted to enable BMP receptor binding activity and cytokine activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including chordate embryonic development; heart development; and negative regulation of steroid hormone biosynthetic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including anterior head development; ear development; and male genitalia development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 315824; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
