SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bgn (biglycan, also called PG-S1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bgn qPCR Primer Set – biglycan
Also known as: BSPG1
About this gene: Bgn is predicted to enable cytokine binding activity; extracellular matrix binding activity; and glycosaminoglycan binding activity. It is involved in blood vessel remodeling. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25181; UniProt: P47853; Chromosome location: Xq37
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
