SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bdkrb1 (bradykinin receptor B1, also called B1R) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bdkrb1 qPCR Primer Set – bradykinin receptor B1
Also known as: BKR, Bdkrb, b1bkr
About this gene: Bdkrb1 enables bradykinin receptor activity and peptide binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of protein phosphorylation; positive regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol; and response to lipopolysaccharide. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81509; UniProt: P97583; Chromosome location: 6q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
