SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Bbx (BBX high mobility group box domain containing) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Bbx qPCR Primer Set – BBX high mobility group box domain containing
About this gene: Bbx is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II transcription regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within bone development. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 303970; Chromosome location: 11q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
