SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ddx39b (DExD-box helicase 39B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ddx39b qPCR Primer Set – DExD-box helicase 39B
Also known as: Bat1, Bat1a, p47
About this gene: Ddx39b is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; ATP-dependent protein binding activity; and RNA binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of DNA biosynthetic process; positive regulation of cell growth involved in cardiac muscle cell development; and positive regulation of vascular associated smooth muscle cell proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 114612; UniProt: Q63413; Chromosome location: 20p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
