SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Barhl1 (BarH-like homeobox 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Barhl1 qPCR Primer Set – BarH-like homeobox 1
Also known as: Barhl2, Mbh2
About this gene: Barhl1 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II transcription regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of neuron apoptotic process; nervous system development; and sensory perception of sound. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 117232; UniProt: P63156; Chromosome location: 3p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
