SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat B3gat1 (beta-1,3-glucuronyltransferase 1, also called GlcAT-P) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat B3gat1 qPCR Primer Set – beta-1,3-glucuronyltransferase 1
Also known as: Hnk-1
About this gene: B3gat1 enables galactosylgalactosylxylosylprotein 3-beta-glucuronosyltransferase activity. It is involved in cellular response to hypoxia. Is active in Golgi apparatus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 117108; UniProt: O35789; Chromosome location: 8q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
