SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atrx (ATRX, chromatin remodeler) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atrx qPCR Primer Set – ATRX, chromatin remodeler
Also known as: Xnp
About this gene: Atrx is predicted to enable multiple functions, including DNA translocase activity; chromo shadow domain binding activity; and histone H3K9me2/3 reader activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator; chromatin remodeling; and positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including male gonad development; meiotic spindle organization; and post-embryonic forelimb morphogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 246284; Chromosome location: Xq22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
