SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp6v1h (ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit H) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atp6v1h qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit H
Also known as: CGI-11, SFD, SFDalpha, SFDbeta, VMA13
About this gene: Atp6v1h is predicted to enable proton-transporting ATPase activity, rotational mechanism. Predicted to contribute to proton transmembrane transporter activity. It is predicted to be involved in endocytosis; lysosomal lumen acidification; and synaptic vesicle lumen acidification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 297797; Chromosome location: 5q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
