SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Abhd5 (abhydrolase domain containing 5, lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Abhd5 qPCR Primer Set – abhydrolase domain containing 5, lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase
Also known as: CGI-58
About this gene: Abhd5 is predicted to enable 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase activity; hydrolase activity, acting on ester bonds; and lipase activator activity. It acts upstream of or within lipid metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 316122; UniProt: Q6QA69; Chromosome location: 8q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
