SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp6v1b1 (ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit B1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atp6v1b1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit B1
About this gene: Atp6v1b1 is predicted to enable proton transmembrane transporter activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including regulation of pH; synaptic vesicle lumen acidification; and vacuolar proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including renal sodium excretion; renal sodium ion transport; and renal water homeostasis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 312488; Chromosome location: 4q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
