SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp5po (ATP synthase peripheral stalk subunit OSCP, also called OSCP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atp5po qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase peripheral stalk subunit OSCP
Also known as: Atp5o, Atpo, Oscp
About this gene: Atp5po enables estradiol binding activity. Contributes to ATP hydrolysis activity. It is involved in cellular response to cAMP and cellular response to cytokine stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 192241; UniProt: Q06647; Chromosome location: 11q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
