SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp2b3 (ATPase plasma membrane Ca2+ transporting 3, also called PMCA3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atp2b3 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase plasma membrane Ca2+ transporting 3
Also known as: Pmca3
About this gene: Atp2b3 enables PDZ domain binding activity. It is involved in neural retina development. Is active in glutamatergic synapse; parallel fiber to Purkinje cell synapse; and presynaptic membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29599; UniProt: Q64568; Chromosome location: Xq37
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
