SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atp2b2 (ATPase plasma membrane Ca2+ transporting 2, also called PMCA2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atp2b2 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase plasma membrane Ca2+ transporting 2
Also known as: PMCA2
About this gene: Atp2b2 enables multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; P-type calcium transporter activity; and PDZ domain binding activity. It is involved in neural retina development. Is active in multiple cellular components, including GABA-ergic synapse; parallel fiber to Purkinje cell synapse; and synaptic membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24215; UniProt: P11506; Chromosome location: 4q42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
