SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atic (5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase/IMP cyclohydrolase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atic qPCR Primer Set – 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase/IMP cyclohydrolase
About this gene: Atic enables IMP cyclohydrolase activity and phosphoribosylaminoimidazolecarboxamide formyltransferase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process; brain development; and dihydrofolate metabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81643; UniProt: O35567; Chromosome location: 9q33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
