SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Atad1 (ATPase family, AAA domain containing 1, also called Thorase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Atad1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase family, AAA domain containing 1
Also known as: Ab2-088
About this gene: Atad1 is predicted to enable ATP hydrolysis activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including extraction of mislocalized protein from mitochondrial outer membrane; learning or memory; and regulation of receptor internalization. Predicted to be active in glutamatergic synapse; mitochondrial outer membrane; and postsynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 309532; UniProt: Q505J9; Chromosome location: 1q52
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
