SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Abhd10 (abhydrolase domain containing 10, depalmitoylase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Abhd10 qPCR Primer Set – abhydrolase domain containing 10, depalmitoylase
Also known as: RGD1308084
About this gene: Abhd10 is predicted to enable hydrolase activity, hydrolyzing O-glycosyl compounds and palmitoyl- hydrolase activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein depalmitoylation and xenobiotic metabolic process. Predicted to be active in mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 303953; UniProt: Q5I0K5; Chromosome location: 11q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
