SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Arpp19 (cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein 19) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Arpp19 qPCR Primer Set – cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein 19
Also known as: Arpp-19
About this gene: Arpp19 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including potassium channel regulator activity; protein phosphatase 2A binding activity; and protein phosphatase inhibitor activity. It is involved in positive regulation of Ras protein signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 60336; UniProt: Q712U5; Chromosome location: 8q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
