SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Abcg4 (ATP binding cassette subfamily G member 4, also called WHITE) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Abcg4 qPCR Primer Set – ATP binding cassette subfamily G member 4
About this gene: Abcg4 is predicted to enable ABC-type sterol transporter activity; ATP hydrolysis activity; and protein dimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including cholesterol efflux; cholesterol homeostasis; and positive regulation of cholesterol biosynthetic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cellular response to leukemia inhibitory factor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 300664; UniProt: D3ZCM3; Chromosome location: 8q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
