SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Apoa1 (apolipoprotein A1, also called ApoA-I) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Apoa1 qPCR Primer Set – apolipoprotein A1
Also known as: apoA-I
About this gene: Apoa1 enables amyloid-beta binding activity; cholesterol transfer activity; and lipase inhibitor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of lipase activity; peripheral nervous system axon regeneration; and response to estrogen.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25081; UniProt: P04639; Chromosome location: 8q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
