SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Apln (apelin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Apln qPCR Primer Set – apelin
Also known as: Apel
About this gene: Apln enables apelin receptor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including apelin receptor signaling pathway; drinking behavior; and positive regulation of G protein-coupled receptor internalization. Predicted to be active in extracellular region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58812; UniProt: Q9R0R3; Chromosome location: Xq36
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
