SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Abcd4 (ATP binding cassette subfamily D member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Abcd4 qPCR Primer Set – ATP binding cassette subfamily D member 4
Also known as: Pxmp1l
About this gene: Abcd4 is predicted to enable ABC-type vitamin B12 transporter activity and identical protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in cobalamin metabolic process and cobalamin transport. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cellular response to leukemia inhibitory factor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 299196; Chromosome location: 6q31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
