SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Ap4m1 (adaptor related protein complex 4 subunit mu 1, also called mu4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Ap4m1 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor related protein complex 4 subunit mu 1
About this gene: Ap4m1 is predicted to enable clathrin-cargo adaptor activity and protein domain specific binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport; protein localization to basolateral plasma membrane; and protein targeting to lysosome. Predicted to be active in trans-Golgi network.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 304344; UniProt: Q2PWT8; Chromosome location: 12q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
