SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Aoah (acyloxyacyl hydrolase) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Aoah qPCR Primer Set – acyloxyacyl hydrolase
Also known as: RGD1560514
About this gene: Aoah is predicted to enable acyloxyacyl hydrolase activity and calcium ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in fatty acid metabolic process; lipopolysaccharide catabolic process; and negative regulation of inflammatory response. It is predicted to act upstream of or within lipopolysaccharide metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 498757; Chromosome location: 17q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
