SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Slf1 (SMC5/6 complex localization factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Slf1 qPCR Primer Set – SMC5/6 complex localization factor 1
Also known as: Ankrd32
About this gene: Slf1 is predicted to enable ubiquitin protein ligase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of cellular component organization; positive regulation of double-strand break repair; and protein localization to site of double-strand break.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 294601; Chromosome location: 2q11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
