SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Itpr1 (inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor, type 1, also called InsP3R1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Itpr1 qPCR Primer Set – inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor, type 1
Also known as: I145TR, IP3R1, InsP3R, InsP3R1, P400
About this gene: Itpr1 belongs to the Insp3 receptor family. The Itpr1 gene product encodes an intracellular receptor for inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate. Upon stimulation by inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, this receptor mediates calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25262; UniProt: P29994; Chromosome location: 4q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
