SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Anapc11 (anaphase promoting complex subunit 11) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Anapc11 qPCR Primer Set – anaphase promoting complex subunit 11
Also known as: RGD1561880
About this gene: Anapc11 is predicted to enable cullin family protein binding activity and ubiquitin-ubiquitin ligase activity. Predicted to contribute to ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process; positive regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition; and protein polyubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 498030; Chromosome location: 10q32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
