SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Amelx (amelogenin, X-linked, also called LRAP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Amelx qPCR Primer Set – amelogenin, X-linked
Also known as: Amel, LRAP
About this gene: Amelx enables identical protein binding activity. A structural constituent of tooth enamel. It is involved in response to calcium ion; response to nutrient; and response to xenobiotic stimulus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29160; UniProt: P63278; Chromosome location: Xq13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
