About this gene: Alox15 enables hepoxilin-epoxide hydrolase activity; hydroperoxy icosatetraenoate isomerase activity; and oxidoreductase activity, acting on single donors with incorporation of molecular oxygen, incorporation of two atoms of oxygen. It is involved in fatty acid metabolic process and positive regulation of heterotypic cell-cell adhesion.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
