SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Alcam (activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule, also called HB2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Alcam qPCR Primer Set – activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule
About this gene: Alcam is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in axon extension involved in axon guidance; heterophilic cell-cell adhesion; and retinal ganglion cell axon guidance. It is predicted to act upstream of or within motor neuron axon guidance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79559; UniProt: O35112; Chromosome location: 11q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
