SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Abcb10 (ATP binding cassette subfamily B member 10) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Abcb10 qPCR Primer Set – ATP binding cassette subfamily B member 10
About this gene: Abcb10 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ABC-type oligopeptide transporter activity; ATP binding activity; and ATP hydrolysis activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including mitochondrial unfolded protein response; oligopeptide export from mitochondrion; and positive regulation of erythrocyte differentiation. Predicted to be active in mitochondrial inner membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 361439; Chromosome location: 19q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
