SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Akna (AT-hook transcription factor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Akna qPCR Primer Set – AT-hook transcription factor
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including neuroblast delamination; neuroblast division in subventricular zone; and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be located in centriole; fibrillar center; and nucleoplasm. Predicted to be active in centrosome and microtubule.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 362530; Chromosome location: 5q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
