SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting rat Agtr2 (angiotensin II receptor, type 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Rat Agtr2 qPCR Primer Set – angiotensin II receptor, type 2
Also known as: AT2-R, AT2R, AT2R
About this gene: Agtr2 enables angiotensin type II receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to dexamethasone stimulus; positive regulation of branching involved in ureteric bud morphogenesis; and regulation of secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 24182; UniProt: P35351; Chromosome location: Xq34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
